Confair Consultancy is a specialised recruiting agency which focusses entirely on aviation. In the past 15 years Confair has grown to be the Dutch market leader in recruitment of cockpit- and cabin crews worldwide. Confair also provides knowhow and recruitment of  instructors, technical personnel and aviation specialised support.

The management of Confair consists of a team of aviation specialists. They are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to deliver support and service to recruitment requirements of airlines.  Confair has a vast database at its disposal with experienced operations and mechanical staff.
